Main activities: music distribution, organization of music festivals and concert tours, music licensing for business. Since the beginning of 2023, M.A.K. Music launches its division on the island of Cyprus and in the Republic of Armenia, and therefore transforms into M.A.K. Music Group. The group of companies will include a music label, a concert agency, an advertising agency, a chain of coffee shops, a chain of dance bars, hotel complexes and concert halls.

Information about tickets:
Entrance for one day (16.08; 17.08; 18.08) - an entrance ticket with the right to attend one day of the festival. The ticket allows access to all areas of the festival, except the VIP zone.
A 3-day subscription is an entrance ticket with the right to visit all days of the festival. The ticket allows access to all areas of the festival, except the VIP zone.
VIP subscription for 3 days - entrance ticket with the right to visit all days of the festival, a fixed chair in the VIP area at a 4-seater table, additional menu, welcome dinner from the chef, hookah menu, comfortable accommodation, additional entertainment program. If you want to sit at the same table with your friends, let us know at the entrance at the reception desks.

Behavior rules before the festival:
Tickets
With tickets on blanks of all operators, you can go through the central entrance of the festival, as well as through the entrance from the parking lot. Tickets at the box office at the entrance are exchanged for bracelets. Tickets purchased at a discount and special price are not subject to return or exchange. Refunds are possible no later than 3 days before the event. In case of refusal of a visitor to attend the festival, the visitor has the right to return the ticket:
- no later than 10 days before the day of the event, get back 100% of the ticket price;
- less than 10 days, but no later than 5 days - get back 50% of the ticket price;
- less than 5 days, but no later than 3 days - get back 30% of the ticket price.
- The service fee is not refundable in case of returning the ticket at the initiative of the buyer.
In case of refusal of a visitor to attend the event less than 3 days before the festival, the ticket price is not refundable.
In case of providing documents about illness and other special circumstances, tickets can be returned by agreement with the organizer after applying with a corresponding statement to the customer care department on the website of your ticket operator no later than the date of the event.

You can leave and return to the territory an unlimited number of times through turnstiles installed at the entrances to the festival.
The festival reserves the right to make changes to the line-up and schedule.

Prohibitions and restrictions
At "Gladiators Fest" it is forbidden to interfere with the rest of the festival guests, create a threat to the safety, life and health of visitors, insult the guests of the event.
The following are not allowed on the festival grounds:
persons who have refused to undergo inspection by the festival security service;
persons who have prohibited items with them;
persons who have not reached the age of 18 without accompanying parents or persons responsible for them;
persons who are in a state of narcotic, toxic or strong alcohol intoxication.
The security service also has the right to confiscate the previously issued entrance bracelet if the visitor violates these rules of conduct during the festival or shows open aggression.
It is expected that at the entrance to the festival, the security will check the personal belongings of the guests - we ask you to treat this necessary procedure with understanding.
It is forbidden to bring to the festival grounds "Gladiators Fest:
- Explosives, gas cans, any flammable and pyrotechnic products, flares, etc.;
- Weapons of any type, including hunting knives and other cold weapons;
- Flammable and combustible substances, compressed and liquefied gases;
- Poisonous, foul-smelling, poisonous substances;
- Other products, the use of which can lead to ignition or smoke;
- Flags on poles;
- Any breakable dishes;
- Medicines. You can take one package of seven items - over-the-counter medicines for headaches and other pains, such as Paracetamol, Analgin, Nurofen, No-spa, Activated charcoal, etc.
Life-supporting prescription drugs are allowed upon presentation of a copy of the prescription or appointment from a doctor. The carrying of syringes and droppers is possible only with a confirmed prescription for the need for injections. In case of a special case, the necessary assistance is provided at the medical center of the festival, ambulances are constantly on duty on the territory.
- Narcotic, psychotropic and toxic substances;
- Working tools (axes, hammers, saws, nails, etc.);
- Advertising materials of any kind, extremist and offensive materials;
- Quadcopters, drones, gliders, radio-controlled airplanes and helicopters, etc.;
- Any bulk and coloring substances (except for makeup items);
- It is forbidden to enter the festival with any animals (except guide dogs);
- The installation of tents on the festival grounds is STRICTLY prohibited;
- Smoking is allowed only in specially designated areas.
In cases that violate these prohibitions and restrictions, when suspicious persons or objects come into your field of view, contact the police officers, representatives of private security companies or festival organizers. Visiting the festival is a risk that the ticket holder accepts according to the rules of visiting cultural and mass events.

Children at the festival
Do not leave children unattended on the festival grounds. There is a children's playground on the festival grounds where you can leave your child for a while.
Agree with your child in advance where you will meet if you get lost. When entering the festival, your child will be given a children's bracelet in which it is MANDATORY to fill in the field with parents' mobile phone number.
There will be a "Mother and Child Room" tent on the festival grounds. There you can prepare porridge or heat baby food, wash your baby, use the toilet, washing machine and dryer.

More than 20 restaurants and food trucks for every taste and budget will operate on the festival grounds, including vegetarian cafes.
Products allowed for carrying:
Cookies, crackers, rusks;
Baby food;
Dried fruits and nuts;
Fruits and vegetables.
Prohibited products for carrying:
Any drinks, including alcoholic ones (in any container, including factory packaging). Drinking fountains with free drinking water are available at the festival;
